Refund Policy

If we cannot fulfil a paid order (technical impossibility, or a stop under our content rules before work starts), you receive a full refund. If work has started, a refund net of the actually completed volume applies, determined by the order statuses. Refunds are issued through the same payment provider (Stripe) used for the payment. After a refund the order moves to REFUNDED and publication ceases.
